Together with a talented team of .Monks, I helped shape the strategy behind the program, ensuring it spoke to modern audiences who value both utility and cultural relevance. From there, we brought the vision to life across every touchpoint, merging digital innovation with tangible experiences.

Our collaboration spanned the creation of immersive 3D assets, bold campaign materials, and a sleek, intuitive app design that made loyalty feel effortless. To bridge the digital and physical worlds, we designed 3D-printed interactive store objects and NFC-enabled cards, extending the program into real-life moments of engagement. The result is a future-facing ecosystem that redefines loyalty. Not just as points and perks, but as a meaningful connection between brand and community.
